Our deluxe mattress collection features mattresses made for us by Royal Pedic, a 60 year old mattress manufacturer. Our Royal Pedic mattress line features natural chemical-free french wool which is carefully needle punched to provide a natural fire barrier and breath ability. This unique needle punching results in more stability for your mattress preventing body impressions over time. Features 4 times the amount of wool(it starts at about 1 foot high and is needle punched to 3/4 - 1")  than ANY other organic mattress manufacturer. Each detail is carefully attended to and triple checked for quality. These mattresses also feature the new natural Talalay rubber or you can choose the Dunlop rubber. Talalay has not been proven chemical free although initial testing does indicate that any chemical residual is below .001 ppm.

There is absolutely no fire retardant or any other added chemical in our organic mattresses. Royal -Pedic organic mattresses are free of pesticides, formaldehyde, polyester, foams, dioxins or recycled hazardous waste. Royal-Pedic's has been promoting healthful sleep for over half a century. They have the finest craftsmanship and natural organic materials are used creating a restful, energizing, truly good night's sleep. The Double Diamond Box Spring Units Provide Excellent Support and Durability providing 50% more coils in the center-third of the box spring for extra support where it's needed most (about 40% of our body weight is located in our torso area) (plus heavy duty cross wiring for added stability). A wide slat foundation of poplar wood , and thick 8 3/4 gauge coil wire is used so your box spring will support the mattress with lasting durability and exceptional comfort.

ROYAL-PEDIC LOGO ORGANIC LATEX QUILT-TOP MATTRESSES

Mattresses: The Royal-Pedic Logo Organic Natural Latex Quilt-Top Mattresses feature our all natural, Dunlop deluxe rubber. The covering is our luxurious and breathable, German woven, Logo Organic 100% organic cotton fabric, which is quilted to layers of our chemical free, needle punched French wool. The needle punching process compresses the French Wool to eliminate unwanted loft in the wool to minimize body imprints in the mattress, provide better uniform consistency in mattress comfort, and as a protection as a totally natural fire barrier, without the use of chemical treatments.  (Our mattresses with our Royal - Pedic Logo fabric have more coils and more padding than the non logo, making it even more heavenly.)

Our mattresses are also available in our Organic Peruvian non logo cotton outer for a lower price.

Box Spring w/WoolWrap: Our Double Diamond ◊◊ Box spring is “true flex” design with actual flexibility for enhanced comfort. There are 50% more coils in the center third of the box spring where it’s needed most, and an overall of approximately 22% more coils than the average box spring. Coils are mounted to a Five Star Hotel Grade wood slat construction for extra durability. Patented Dyna-Lock interlocking design provides firm uniform support and livelier spring action. Heavy duty 6-gauge spring steel border enhances edge support and resiliency.  The Double Diamond box spring surface features a layer of 10oz. organic cotton fabric supporting a layer of organic staple cotton padding, French Wool Wrap, and is encapsulated in our German woven, Logo Organic cotton fabric. Brass corner guards provide a finished high end look and protection without using plastic corner guards. Box spring support doesn’t get any better!

Additional Specifications and Options: A lower profile box spring is available if there is a need to reduce overall bed height by an extra 2”.  

Optional Logo Organic Pillowtop Pads - For added luxurious comfort we offer the Royal-Pedic Logo Organic Pillowtop Pads, which are available in 2”, 3”, and 4” thickness options.  Thus, you can enjoy an additional plush surface feel by adding a pillowtop pad. All of the Pillowtop Pads feature our German woven, Logo Organic cotton covering, needle punched French wool quilting, and layering of Dunlop natural latex. The 2” version is a knife edge construction, and is quilted on one side. Whereas, the 3” and 4” , 5" thick versions have a boxed edge sidewall construction featuring French wool quilting on both sides of the pillowtop pad, and  in the border as well.

The 7-Zone latex core is 17% to 25% thicker than the single zone latex core, and provides the most advanced European latex technology featuring seven firmness zones that are anatomically designed for correct sleeping posture and exquisite comfort. Pressure Relaxation Channels™ are located in the shoulder and hip zones to give additional flexibility when side sleeping to allow the shoulders and hips to contour into the mattress for proper spinal alignment and provide relief to pressure points. For improved lower back support, the lumbar zone of the mattress is firmer to give support to the natural curve of the spine so you can relax and enjoy your nights sleep. And while side sleeping, the firmer lumbar zone prevents the spine from sagging into a hammock-like position. The rib cage (torso area) is the heaviest part of the body, which is why we provide the firmer lumbar zone.  TALALAY only.

10" Multi Zone Upgrade Available $384-$920

The R-P Natural Organic Cotton Mattress with French Wool Wrap is our firmest mattress when used without a pillowtop pad for those that enjoy orthopedic firm support. The mattress contains our Swiss designed - double heat tempered - 704i innerspring unit, 10oz. organic cotton fabric insulator pad, compressed quilted layers of organic cotton positioned in the center-third for extra support where it’s needed most, layers of first-cut, organic staple cotton padding, needle punched French Wool wrap, and 10oz. Peruvian 100% organic cotton covering. Our craftsmen hand tuft the mattress the old fashioned way with a long needle and European tufting straps to further pre-compress the cotton padding for firmer back support, to minimize body impressions, and prevent the cotton padding from shifting. We install flexible, T-Spring side supports along the perimeter of the innerspring unit for edge to edge sleeping comfort and support. Mattress with Logo outer has several layers of extra padding and 760 coils-allows for more even support.

A bed truly fit for a king, the Royal Cloud Pillowtop Mattress features the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The pillowtop portion of the mattress features nearly three times the amount of latex cushioning as our Royal-Pedic Pillowtop Mattress, which makes this mattress a stately 13.5" thickness. Overall mattress height to the floor on our 8" thick box spring and 7 1/4" metal frame is about 28.75". The mattress features our double heat tempered, Royal-Flex® innerspring system designed in Switzerland. The innerspring unit contains 85% more coils than is standard. The coils in the mattress are open ended, unknotted, six turn coils providing more flexibility, which means greater sensitivity to body contours, overall body support and relaxation.
