| Our Pure-Rest Apollo Innerspring Mattress has deluxe 660 coil count heat tempered coils which are then surrounded by organic cotton batting that has been fully quilted to prevent shifting over time. The coils are a 14.5 gauge and the border wire is 6 gauge. Pure Rest is the only manufacturer using this quilting method to extend longevity to the innerspring mattress line. This is then covered with our thick layer, of organically processed wool from organically raised sheep quilted to our deluxe Pure-Rest European organic cotton fabric which ensures the wool will not migrate out over the years. No poly backing on ours, and no treatments in our wool. The quilting prevents shifting and provides a sturdy durable, and comfortable sleeping surface. Our extra amount of wool make the top more comfortable than other manufacturers who tend to use a little less on top to cut costs. You may use this mattress with our corresponding foundation or you may place this mattress on a slatted bed, like our Pacific Rim Beds in the furniture section. |
